Office Admin & Executive Assistance

Minute Media is seeking for a full time Office Assistant to join the team in London. The role will be responsible for handling day-to-day office tasks to ensure smooth operation of the UK office.



  • 2-3 years of work experience

  • Proficient user of MS Office package, adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus

  • Tech savvy

  • Experience in travel coordination 

  • Experienced with executives' support

  • Business/Business Administration/ Human Resources /Management degree is a plus (we hire students)



  • Supervise and coordinate overall administrative activities

  • Keep track and maintain the level of supplies and support facility maintenance needs

  • Take ownership of all IT related tasks (keeps track of inventories, purchases new equipment, negotiates contracts, supports maintenance). Works closely with IT manager and local IT specialist

  • Organize and lead social events for the team such as off sites, holidays, birthdays and welfare activities

  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures by staff members

  • Manage calendars and meetings, and coordination of travel  

  • Work with multiple systems (expense reports, travel, finance)
