Partnerships Lead

As a sales person for Minute Media, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day partner relationships and sales processes to assist the UK commercial/sales team in hitting and exceeding their revenue goals. You will join a highly motivated, experienced sales team at Minute Media where account relationship building and customer satisfaction are keys to a successful candidate. You will be a liaison between the many different facets of the company providing support, cultivating, nurturing and ultimately leveraging quality contacts at both the agency & client levels.

​The role is focused on selling branded video content solutions, native editorial and innovative media to partnership and digital teams within West End agencies. There is also an opportunity to drive revenue through agency trading desks but programmatic experience is not essential. The role reports into the VP Sales.

Responsibilities: 

​​

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience working at a media agency or publisher, preferably with a background in social but not essential

  • Proven track record of negotiating, structuring, and closing brand partnerships

  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficient in the suite of Microsoft products (excel, powerpoint, word) etc

  • Proactive with a positive approach towards problem-solving

  • An entrepreneurial mindset – strong desire to be part of a “team”

Responsibilities:

  • ​Lead in the creation of proposals for incoming RFPs by creating media materials to meet advertisers needs

  • Provide support to the commercial team

  • Account lead from proposal stage through to post campaign analysis
